Michael Schmidt takes over as CEO of ondeso GmbH, succeeding Peter Lukesch. Together with CTO Martin Stemplinger, he will form the company’s management team. The experienced software executive will build on ondeso’s existing strengths and drive the company’s continued development.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in leading and developing software companies. Most recently, he served as CEO of Etiscan GmbH. Prior to that, he held leadership responsibilities within the Volaris Group. His areas of expertise include strategic and operational business development as well as building high-performing organisations.
Preserving Proven Strengths and Driving Further Development
For ondeso’s customers and partners, established relationships and close collaboration remain central to the company’s approach under the new leadership. The focus on reliable software solutions for industrial IT infrastructures remains unchanged, as does the commitment to supporting customers in managing their OT systems securely and efficiently over the long term.
“ondeso has extensive experience, a powerful software solution and a deep understanding of the specific requirements of industrial IT infrastructures. I want to build on these strengths together with the team. It is important to me to preserve what works well, maintain close relationships with our customers and continue developing ondeso in a focused way,” says Michael Schmidt.
Thank You to Peter Lukesch
With this transition, Peter Lukesch’s tenure as Managing Director of ondeso GmbH comes to an end. We sincerely thank him for his outstanding commitment, valuable work and significant contribution to the company’s development.
