How does a PoC work?

We start with a free introductory meeting and a software demo. Once you’ve decided on an ondeso SR PoC, we’ll hold a kick-off meeting to define your use cases and develop a customized project roadmap. You can choose whether these meetings take place in person or virtually. It concludes with a final meeting, during which we jointly evaluate whether ondeso SR is the right tool for you and which licensing model best suits your needs.

An ondeso SR PoC typically involves testing three selected use cases on up to 30 OT clients provided by you. During this process, we test various device types to ensure that our solution fits your operations. The 3-month PoC phase takes place primarily remotely.

All OT assets centrally visible and up to date

All OT assets are centrally recorded and clearly displayed in the ondeso SR Admin GUI. You define how your systems are grouped yourself, for example by production areas, sites or lines. This gives you a clear overview and lets you take targeted action.

Operations – define processes once, use them permanently

In the ondeso SR Admin GUI, you define workflows called “Operations”. This creates the foundation for standardised processes that can be flexibly adapted to your production workflows.

Maximum flexibility in execution

You then define when these tasks are executed: immediately at the push of a button, within defined maintenance windows (planned or unplanned), or via recurring schedules. This lets you control execution in line with operations and reduce interruptions to production processes.

Automatic documentation and targeted analysis

All activities are recorded in full and remain traceable at any time. Reports can be created in just a few clicks, allowing you to answer questions about status, security or incidents without additional effort.
